Mr. Edward M. Taylorasked the Postmaster-General if, in view of the delays in mail which will result from the Post Office overtime ban being applied 352W as from Monday, 27th January, he will suspend the 5d. postal service for letters until the dispute with the Union is resolved and the normal service can be restored.
