§ Q7. Mr. David Howellasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the division of responsibility for industrial policy between the Department of Economic Affairs, the Ministry of Technology, the Board of Trade, the Department of Employment and Productivity, the National Economic Development Office, the Industrial Reorganisation Corporation, the National Board for Prices and Incomes and other departments and agencies, he will make a study of the functions of all these bodies with a view 83W to reducing and reallocating responsibilities and increasing the efficiency of government.
