HC Deb 17 February 1969 vol 778 c42W
Mr. James Davidson

asked the President of the Board of Trade what consultations he has had with a view to handing over control of Dyce Airport to a consortium of local authorities representing the interests of the area.

Mr. William Rodgers

None so far. As I indicated in reply to a supplementary question by the hon. Member for North Angus and Mearns (Mr. Buchanan-Smith) on 12th February, I am ready to consider proposals at any time from local authorities, individually or collectively, who may be interested in taking over this airport.—[Vol. 777, c. 1319–20.]
