§ Mr. Kenneth Lomasasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will make a statement, in view of the growing shortage of sound evidence of rents of dwelling-houses, on the feasibility of a revaluation for rating in 1973 on the present basis.
§ Mr. K. RobinsonI expect, before the 1973 revaluation, to introduce a Bill providing that in the process of arriving at the assessment of a dwelling-house it342W may be considered as one of a group or class. By adopting this method of valuation better use will be made of such evidence as is available.
