§ Mr. William RodgersThe selection of a diversionary aerodrome for weather or emergency reasons or on account of aerodrome unserviceability, is a matter for the airline operator. The Ministry of Defence are prepared to consider any application for the use of R.A.F. Bally-kelly by civil air operators for these or, indeed, for any purposes.
