§ Mr. Winnickasked the Minister or Housing and Local Government what action he is taking to encourage local authorities to provide for the needs of the disabled when they are building new public amenities and engineering work.
§ Mr. SkeffingtonLocal authorities have already had advice from my right hon. Friend about this in 1965 and again in 1968. He is keeping this under review and will add to it if the need arises.
