Mr. David Steelasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish a table in the OFFICIAL REPORT showing the breakdown of estimated costs of the proposed Tweedbank development scheme as between housing, factories, roads, other public buildings, drainage and sewerage; and how much of this will be borne by Her Majesty's Government and how much by Roxburgh County Council.
