§ Mr. MacArthurasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what representations he has received regarding the proposals contained in the Green Paper, Administrative Reorganisation of the Scottish Health Services; and what action he has taken.
§ Mr. RossA few organisations and individuals have submitted comments of various kinds. Since I have indicated my willingness to receive comments until at least the end of April there is no question meantime of taking action on the basis of those already received.
