Teelingasked the Minister of Public Building and Works whether he will reinstate the railings on the Green Park side of Piccadilly, in continuation of those already there; and if he will so design them as not to prevent the hanging of pictures for sale on them at weekends but to look suitable for the boundary of a Royal Park during the week.
§ Mr. LoughlinI am not proposing to reinstate these boundary railings for the present. If and when I decide to do so, I will bear the hon. Member's point in mind.
