§ Mr. Buchanan-Smithasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, in view of the representations he has received from the Scottish Milk Marketing Board that sale of cattle known to be carriers of brucellosis should be controlled, he will now introduce legislation empowering local authorities to control such sales.
§ Mr. RossThe Scottish Milk Marketing Boards have made proposals for dealing with the problem of active excretors, and my Department are discussing these with the Boards.
