§ Dame Joan Vickersasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether the Government will now sign and ratify the European Convention on Consular Functions.
§ Mr. LuardHer Majesty's Government have no present intention of signing this Convention. The question of ratification, therefore, does not arise.
