§ 55. Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will instruct the Scottish Development Department to conduct an inquiry into the reasons for the loss of 27,000 jobs in distribution in Scotland since 1965, as against the forecast increase in the Government's Scottish Plan over the same period.
