§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister what discussions he has had with the Commonwealth Prime Ministers, following the recent meeting at The Hague concerning United Kingdom entry into the European Economic Community; and whether, before taking any irrevocable steps towards entry into the European Economic Community, he will undertake to visit each of the Commonwealth countries to discuss this subject on a similar basis to that which he adopted recently when visiting the countries of the European Economic Community.
