(2) whether he will list those companies or groups which hold production licences 229W in the North Sea issued in November, 1965, stating how many wells have been drilled by each company or group, and what percentage performance this is compared to the drilling obligations which were undertaken by the companies or groups.

The licensees, with their licence numbers, are listed in the Annual Report, dated 18th December, 1968, made under the Continental Shelf Act, 1964; licences numbered P.001-P.053 were granted in 1964 and P.054-P.090 in 1965.
