§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will now state the national cost of strengthening tower blocks to safety standards resultant upon the Ronan Point disaster; and whether he will give a detailed list of each council's estimate of the total cost in its authority's area and how much of these sums will have to be met by the local councils and his Department, respectively.
