Mr. Bob BrownThe cost of the land acquired, including two plots of which parts were used for improvements of the A5 in 1967, was £13,902; the current annual income is £159; 2,360 square yards are to be sold and the remaining 7,494 square yards are being retained for the time being in case they are required for improvement of the A5.
