asked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity how many men, women and juveniles are registered as unemployed at the Brixton Employment Exchange; and what were the corresponding figures last year.

Mr. Dell

At 10th November, 1969, there were 2,523 men, 316 women and 124 boys and girls registered as unemployed in the area covered by the Brixton Employment Exchange. The corresponding figures for 11th November, 1968, were 2,694, 450 and 109, respectively.
