§ Mr. John MorrisThis country has no stock of these weapons so the question of scrapping does not arise. As my right hon. Friend said in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Bebington (Mr. Brooks) on 1st May, 1968, we neither develop nor produce bacteriological weapons and no question of a rôle for them in our deterrent strategy arises.—[Vol. 763, c. 187.]
