§ Mr. VarleyI regret that details of increased investment are not available, but an indication of the growth of the telecommunications industry in Scotland is given by the number of employees, which rose from only 300 in June, 1963, to 3,400 in June, 1968. I expect a further expansion in employment in the next three years.
