Mr. Luardasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will undertake consultations with other members of the United Nations which have contributed forces for peace-keeping purposes, with a view to establishing common procedures and joint exercises in preparation for future peace-keeping operations.
