§ Mr. Dewarasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what plans he has further to consider legal fees in Scotland in view of Statutory Instrument No. 299 of 1969 made on 7th March whereby solicitors' remuneration in England and Wales is kept under continuous review by the National Board for Prices and Incomes.
§ Mr. RossI am not aware of any proposal to increase solicitors' fees in Scotland and I have no plans at present to refer their remuneration to the National Board for Prices and Incomes.
