§ Mr. FowlerSeven firms in Scotland manufacture and sell marine engines but they are not responsible for the design. Assistance for reorganisation is available under the Shipbuilding Industry Act and the Report of the Shipbuilding Industry Board for 1967–68 shows that some of the companies have received grants under Section 2 for consultants' fees.
