§ Mr. Harold LeverThe restrictions apply equally to all who are resident for exchange control purposes of the United Kingdom, irrespective of the passport they hold. The authorities in the other sterling238W area countries co-operate to prevent evasion of the restrictions by United Kingdom residents.
