asked the President of the Board of Trade if he will make regulations to ensure that training flights should be mainly undertaken at airfields remote from built-up areas, except where experience of an operational airfield is esential.

As I said on 27th March in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Manchester, Wythenshawe (Mr. Alfred Morris), I am doubtful whether there are grounds for any general restriction. An examination of the need to introduce any special limitations is being made.—[Vol. 780, c. 358.]
