§ Mr. Brian Parkynasked the Minister of Technology whether he will carry out flight tests on the Boeing 747 at the Royal Aircraft Establishment, Bedford, before this aircraft comes into scheduled operation by the British Overseas Airways Corporation.
§ Mr. J. P. W. MallalieuIt is not at present our intention to carry out any such tests, and it is thought unlikely that testing in this country will be necessary, as the Air Registration Board's work can and will take place in the United States.
