§ Mr. EnnalsDuring 1967 the number of foreign nationals granted leave to land here was 3,367,205, of whom 180,767 were of Italian nationality. The number of Commonwealth citizens subject to immigration control admitted during the same year was 442,178, of whom 61,377 were admitted for settlement.
