§ Sir W. Bromley-Davenportasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he now proposes to refer to the Monopolies Commission the question of the right of manufacturers to determine what their retail outlets should be.
§ Mr. DellMy right hon. Friend asked the Monopolies Commission on 11th October for a report on the general effect on the public interest of the practice of refusing to supply goods and of the practice of entering into exclusive supply agreements. It is for the Commission to interpret the exact scope of this requirement,220W but I would expect them to consider the issue to which the hon. and gallant Member has referred.
