§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will review the 38W policy of the Scottish Special Housing Association not to allow caravans in the gardens of Scottish Special Housing Association-owned houses in those areas where the local elected council allow caravans in gardens of council houses.
§ Mr. RossThis is a matter of detailed management, and it is best left to the Association's Council of Management which, I understand, is at present reviewing its policy on the matter.
