§ Mr. RossThe representatives are concerned about the problem of finding suitable sites on which the travellers can have security of tenure, particularly during the winter months. My noble Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Scotland met them for a second time on 25th November and assured them that we are seeking to alleviate the present difficulties in co-operation with the local authorities concerned.
