§ Mr. DellAs my right hon. Friend the Chief Secretary to the Treasury said today in reply to the hon. Member for Nelson and Colne (Mr. Waddington), some£315 million was paid on investment grants in the financial year 1967–68. The current estimate for 1968–69 is£380 million (H.C. 126 of 21/2/68).
