§ 43. Mr. Blenkinsopasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what action he is taking to review the application of Selective Employment Tax to distributive trades and services in the development areas, in view of the relatively slow development of them in these areas.
§ Mr. Harold LeverService trades in the development areas have followed roughly the same trend as they have in Great Britain as a whole, and no special review therefore seems to be necessary.
