§ Mr. MulleyNo. The present Anglo-German Offset Agreement which runs until the end of March, 1969, contains no provision for re-negotiation. But as I told the House on 1st April, we expect the present agreement and associated arrangements to cover 90 per cent. of the estimated foreign exchange requirements of our forces in Germany.—[Vol. 762, c. 31–36.]
