§ Miss Jennie LeeThis is a matter for the Welsh Arts Council, which at present assists brass bands mainly by offering guarantees against loss for specific concerts. The Council is aware of the contribution which the bands make to the musical life of Wales and in 1967 carried out a survey of their needs.
