asked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productity whether she intends to implement the recommendation of the Donovan Com mission that the grade or class provision should be abolished as a test of disqualification for unemployment benefit, during stoppages due to industrial disputes.

I would refer my hon. Friend to my reply in the Adjournment debate on 24th October when I advised the House that this and other recommendations made by the Commission were being considered by the Government in consultation with both sides of industry. asked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity whether she will introduce legislation to impose financial penalties, comparable to those imposed upon the workers denied unemployment benefit during industrial disputes, upon employers who engineer lock-outs.
