§ Mr. William RossIn the year ended 30th September, 1968, 41,975 houses were completed in Scotland, bringing the total built since October, 1964, to 151,611, compared with 115,910 in the previous four years. About 57,000 houses were under construction at the end of September. I cannot say precisely how many will be completed in the twelve months to 31st December.
