§ Mr. Douglas Dodds-Parkerasked the Minister of Transport if he will make arrangements for the annual report, Roads in England, to be produced in order that it may become publicly available not more than six months after the end of the period to which it relates.
§ Mr. MarshThe report, which was published this year on 6th November, is produced as soon as figures of local authority expenditure on roads are available. Following representations in the House two years ago, the report was expanded to include figures for road expenditure in Scotland where the local authority financial year does not end until 15th May.
