§ Mr. GreenwoodThe Order follows from the British Airports Authority Act, 1965, which constituted the Authority a statutory undertaking for purposes of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1962. It places the Authority in broadly the same position as other statutory undertakings with regard to planning permission.
