Mr. Emrys Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Wales, in view of Her Majesty's Government's policy to make further reductions in expenditure in the national interest, if he will consider reducing the expenditure of over £200,000 on the Investiture of the Prince of Wales at Caernarvon to a sum not exceeding £20,000.
