§ Mr. MarshMy formal consent will be conveyed to the Worcestershire County Council within the next few days. The time taken to investigate and decide on speed limit proposals is usually about four or five months, depending on the comprehensiveness of the information supplied and the complexity of the case. Under the Transport Act, 1968 local authorities will shortly require my consent only to proposals on principal roads.
