§ Mr. Maclennanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what progress is being made by the Working Party on the development of Wick and Thurso, Caithness; if he has received its report; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. RossThe Highland Board has sent me the report of its Wick/Thurso Working Party, and has indicated to me the action the Board and the local authorities concerned are taking on it. I understand that the Board intends to publish soon a summary of the report.
