§ 69. Mr. Ian Lloydasked the Minister of Transport whether he will include in the new Highway Code a clause giving positive advice on the conditions in which it is dangerous to drive on sidelights only.
§ Mr. MarshThe new Highway Code has now been presented to Parliament. It states that headlamps must be used where there is no street lighting, and 21W urges the use of headlamps in built-up areas without good street lighting, in daytime mist or fog, or if the light is bad.
