asked the Secretary of State for Economic Affairs when he will announce the names of the additional members still to be appointed to the Economic Planning Council for the West Midlands Region.

My right hon. Friend has appointed the following additional members to the West Midlands Economic Planning Council:

Alderman Mrs. W. Easey, J.P., Alderman, Birmingham City Council.

Professor I. F. Gibson, Head of Department of Industrial Administration, University of Aston, Birmingham.

Professor W. A. C. Stewart, Vice-Chancellor, Keele University.
