Mr. Bob BrownIt is our policy to employ independent British engineering consultants so as to make the optimum use of their resources and specialist skills in conjunction with those of the new road construction units and of agent authorities: also to provide a base load of United Kingdom work for firms undertaking highway projects overseas.
