§ Mr. Onslowasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will express the total estimated cost of wages and salaries of the non-industrial Civil Service, excluding the Post Office, in the financial year 1968–69 as a percentage of the corresponding total in the financial year 1964–65.
