§ Mr. ShoreGrants to the North-East Development Council towards expenditure on publicity to promote development and growth in the North-East are borne on Subhead D of the Vote for the D.E.A. (Class 1 Vote 4). The following grants have been made in the period ended 31st March, 1968:
£ Year ended 31st March, 1965 … 40,000 Year ended 31st March, 1966 … 30,000 Year ended 31st March, 1967 … 20,000 Year ended 31st March, 1968 … 10,000 The Civil Estimate for 1968–69 provides for a grant of up to £10,000 in the year ending 31st March, 1969.
