Mr. R. W. Brownasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs in view of the fact that the Governmental Conference on the Creation of a European Civil Service, which met from 1963 to 1967, has agreed on a single statute for this Civil 232W Service, what effects this will have on present staff.
§ Mr. MulleyThe final Act of the Governmental Conference on the European Civil Service has no binding force on Governments or organisations. However, these model staff regulations are designed to harmonise conditions of service and should facilitate the development of a European Civil Service for the staffs of the European organisations.
