§ Mr. PrenticeAccording to information published by the O.E.C.D. Development Assistance Committee, the proportions for all D.A.C. member countries taken together were:—36 per cent. in 1964, 40 per cent. in 1965 and 35 per cent. in 1966. Figures for 1967 are not yet available.
