§ Mr. SkeffingtonThe latest estimates of the domestic element of the rate support grants payable to the London Borough Council of Harrow are £162,522 for 1967–68 and £331,895 for 1968–69. The amount for 1968–69 secures in that year a reduction in the rate poundage of 10d. in the pound in respect of dwelling houses and 5d. in the pound for mixed hereditaments which are predominantly residential.
