§ 59. Sir C. Osborneasked the Minister of Transport what reply she has sent to the Grimsby Fish Merchants Association's letter requesting that under Clause 67 of the Transport Bill fish should be excluded from the mileage journey regulations because it is a highly perishable commodity.
