asked the Minister of Health (1) what has been the cost to the National Health Service of free medical and/or hospital treatment for foreign visitors in each of the years from 1962 to 1967;

(2) how many foreign visitors have received free medical and/or hospital treatment in Great Britain in each of the years from 1962 to 1967.
